Let us explain our project to you :
First we wanted to explain how can we make an alcohol free drink. Then we distilled wine to separate alcohol from the drink.
We did a titration to prove that what we extracted was alcohol. Moreover we tried to make wine with enzyme and grape juice.
This picture shows wine that we have made in class with the fermentation process.
