 Experimental Protocol

Extraction of the color blue :

-Cut the candy to separate the blue part

-Put the blue part in a beaker filled with 30mL of glycérol

-Heat up the solution to 120°C with a hot plate stever until complete dissolution

-Pour the dissolved blue colorant with glycérol in the test tube
