How i coped with heat waves last summer

During this summer I coped the heatwaves with air conditioner , I wore less clothes , I went to the beach , hydrate yourself without waiting until you're thirsty , block the sun during the day , create a breeze at night , I worked in carrefour and go to the fridge to get cooler.
